APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS

Effective from 13th December 2024, Living Beauty Day Spa and Salon will require a 50% deposit on all treatments booked, regardless of whether the booking is made online or over the phone. This new policy aims to ensure the commitment of our valued clients to their appointments due to a high volume of no show appointments.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be communicated to Living Beauty Day Spa & Salon a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment date and time.
We will not accept cancellation requests via email or our social media platforms. We will accept cancellations through our APP or by phoning us on 022-42007.
As we are closed on Sundays and Mondays, any cancellations for appointments on Tuesday must be made on the preceding working day.
The 50% deposit required to secure your booking is strictly non-refundable if you fail to turn up to your appointment or if you don’t give us 24 hours notice to cancel.

Regrettably, we cannot accommodate personal circumstances regarding cancellations, as our policy applies to all clients without exception.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies, which are designed to provide a more streamlined experience for all.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

All items will be dispatched within 48 hours in normal circumstances (excluding bank holidays and weekends).
Standard Irish delivery: €5.00

Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery to reach you.

UK:
Orders under €50 – Delivery cost €10.
Orders €50-€100 – Delivery cost €15
Please allow 5-7 working days for your delivery to reach you.

RETURN POLICY

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your product purchase either online or in salon, you have 7 days to return your goods for a full refund.

Products must be returned in unopened original packaging. Refunds will be made via the payment method originally used, minus shipping costs.

Living Beauty does not offer refunds on Gift Vouchers sold.

DAMAGED GOODS

Damaged or faulty goods must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your purchase. You have 7 days to return your damaged or faulty goods for an exchange or refund. Living Beauty Day Spa & Salon is not responsible for any damaged or faulty goods not reported in 24 hours. Damaged goods can be delivered by register post to:

Living Beauty Day Spa & Salon is not responsible for any package lost in transit and advise you to use register shipping for returned products. Postage for damaged/faulty goods retuned is covered by Living Beauty Day Spa & Salon . This does not affect your statutory rights.

CANCELLATIONS OF YOUR ORDER

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.
